The idea behind the Routemaker is to create travel routemaps in Svg directly from data similar to a itineary information.

Itineary Information + Routemaker = MAP

Code stays the same. Feed new data to get another route map. Animate the routes if you want.

On average 40-100X smaller than image files. Zoom as much as you like. No pixelation. If you only need static maps just create them as static svg images, add more information e.g. duration of stay, legends.
